ResumeKaku is operated by BluePeakApps (Australia), trading as ResumeKaku. This policy explains what we collect when you use resumekaku.com. Contact: hello@resumekaku.com.
What we collect
- Account email and authentication data if you sign up (including Google sign-in).
- Resume, cover letter, and job-tracker content you enter.
- Payment details processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers).
- Usage events and experiment assignment (for example which landing or price variant you see) via PostHog, including a distinct-id cookie named
rk_distinct_id.
How we use it
We use this information to run the product: save your documents, send login and confirmation email, take Pro payments, improve the builder, and measure which product experiments convert. We do not sell personal information.

- Stripe — checkout, subscriptions, billing portal
- OpenAI — optional AI assist and cover-letter drafts
- Google — optional OAuth sign-in
- Resend — transactional email via our mail setup
- PostHog — product analytics and A/B tests

Cookies
We use cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember experiment assignment. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser; the site may then show the default (control) experience.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and document data while your account exists. Email hello@resumekaku.com to request deletion. Payment records are retained by Stripe as required for billing and tax.
