Terms of Service
These terms govern use of ResumeKaku (resumekaku.com), operated by BluePeakApps in Australia. By using the site you agree to them. Contact: hello@resumekaku.com.
The service
ResumeKaku lets you build resumes, generate cover letters, and track applications. The free plan includes a watermarked PDF, limited AI assists, and no cover letters. ResumeKaku Pro (billed monthly or quarterly in AUD) removes the watermark, unlocks unlimited AI assist, and unlocks cover letters. Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay.
Accounts
You can start without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for the email and password (or Google sign-in) you use. Do not use the service for unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
AI output
AI assist and cover letters are drafts. You must review them before sending. We do not guarantee interviews, jobs, or that output is error-free or original in every case.
Payments and cancellation
Pro is billed by Stripe. You can cancel in the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ResumeKaku is provided as-is. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
