Refund Policy
This policy applies to ResumeKaku Pro subscriptions charged in AUD through Stripe. Contact hello@resumekaku.com for refund requests.
14-day refund
If you subscribe to Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the first successful charge. Email us from the account address used at checkout. We will refund that charge through Stripe and return the account to the free plan.
After 14 days
You can cancel anytime in payment settings (Stripe billing portal). You keep Pro until the current period ends. We do not refund unused time after day 14.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not exclude any refund or remedy you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law if the service has a major failure or is not as described.
